Overlooking the world of SBS2003 and Office Systems 2003

BackOffice SmallBusinessServer is Microsoft's introductory business operating system and environment, that is designed to give small business persons all of what they have had on their individual desktop systems and all provide a growth plan that enables them to expand into real networks and the productive enrichment of working with real database and indexing software.  But, in the usual fashion, Microsoft pushed the product out the door when they needed it, not when they had the user interface right.  So, for now, and until the next couple of versions have gotten into the field, SBS is guaranteed to turn otherwise competent small business persons into chittering lemmings looking for a cliff to jump off.

I think of Windows operating environment as a huge underground cave.  You go in at one spot, spelunk around for days and days, and emerge in perhaps an entirely different state.  In the pages in this lesson, I will attempt to shed some light on the many dark and murky spots in which I have found myself, in order to help others escape to the light of day again.
